Apeer Hamper Terms and Conditions
The closing date for participants to submit reviews is Monday 18th December, at 10.00am GMT.
Entry into the competition by a participant is deemed to be a full unconditional acceptance of all the T&Cs outlined here.
An entry into the draw is defined as one review of an Apeer door installation, submitted on either TrustPilot or Google.
Apeer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if needed.
The competition is open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 and over.
The winner will be announced via email within 72 hours of the draw.
The hamper provided may vary, based on availability. The hamper will be delivered as soon as reasonably possible, factoring in any potential shipping delays. Vouchers will be offered as a subsitute to the same value if hamper is unavailable.
Apeer reserves the right to re-draw another winner in the event that we are unable to contact the winner within 72 hours of the draw. The winner will be announced via email within 72 hours of the result being announced.
Full postal address with postcode must be provided for delivery of the hamper. If these details are not provided within 72 hours, Apeer reserves the right to redraw another winner.
The winner consents to providing us with images of their door installation.
Any entries that Apeer consider (in our discretion) to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal, racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.
One entry per platform, per person, attempting to fraudulently enter more than once will result in a disqualification.
The hamper must be accepted as offered by Apeer. Vouchers will be offered as a subsitute to the same value if hamper is unavailable. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part.
