Apeer Wreath Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The closing date for participants to submit their videos is 15th April, or while stocks last.
This promotion is open to all UK and ROI residents except employees of Apeer Doors (or their parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who are not allowed to enter the promotion.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the UK mainland or Ireland to enter this promotion.
How to enter: you must have purchased a qualifying Apeer Door from one of their approved dealers and received their ‘’Magic Wreath Holder’’ which consists of internal magnets in the door and a Free wreath kit (supplied with the door). Make a video testimonial showing how easy it is to attach your wreath to the door using the magnet kit and how happy you are with it and post your video to Facebook / Instagram / TikTok and tag @ApeerCompositeDoors
Entrants may only enter 1 submission.
Multiple video submissions from 1 person will not be allowed.
A copy of the video file must be provided to Apeer by email to sales@apeer.co.uk.
Video must be made using Apeer Door’s wreath magnet kit supplied with the door and must be clearly shown in the video for verification purposes. If not the video submission will be deemed unacceptable and will not qualify for a Free Easter Wreath.
Video submission must feature a human person and must last for a minimum of 30 secs. Apeer Doors reserves the right to not send a Free Easter wreath in the event that these requirements are not met.
Free Easter wreath will be sent to qualifying entrants while stocks last.
Free Easter wreaths are created by Apeer’s internal team and may vary from photos shown.
Free Easter wreaths will only be posted if full name and address including postcode is supplied – no exceptions. If full name and address including postcode is not provided or details are missing or incorrect Apeer reserve the right to disqualify the entrant.
Personal details will be used once only in relation to this promotion and will not be passed on to any third parties.
Promotion will run until 15th April (or until stocks last). Any videos received after this date will not be eligible for a Free Easter wreath.
By submitting your video and receiving a free wreath, you consent to Apeer using your video for advertising purposes.
Any video submissions which are incomplete, incorrect, inaudible, incomprehensible, unrelated to Apeer’s magic wreath holder or not received by Apeer Doors will be void.
Apeer Doors will not be liable to reimburse expenses incurred in entering a video submission into this promotion.
Entrants must communicate clearly and appropriately in their video submission and the video must relate only to Apeer’s Magic Wreath Holder. Apeer Doors reserves the right to not send a Free Easter wreath in the event that these requirements are not met.
Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the promotion in a manner, which in Apeer Doors’ determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is unfair to other entrants may be removed at Apeer Doors’ sole discretion.
Apeer Doors reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified in these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of Apeer Doors that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or normal course of the promotion.
Apeer Doors reserves the right in its sole discretion to withhold delivery of the Free Easter Wreath until such proof of eligibility and identity has been confirmed or if such proof is not produced on request or to disqualify the entrant from the promotion.
Apeer Doors shall try to deliver the prize to the winner within 10 days of verification of video submission , unless otherwise specified. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, Apeer Doors reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value.
In relation to all promotions, the first name and surname of entrants may be published by Apeer Doors and entrants grant to Apeer Doors a non-exclusive licence to use and publish their entry in any media for the purpose of announcing the winner.
Copyright to the entries will remain with the entrant but the entrant licences Apeer Doors to use their submitted videos to promote the brand across websites and social media.

By submitting their personal details, the entrant agrees to Apeer Doors processing those details in accordance with the purposes made known to the entrant at the time of collection and in accordance with Apeer Doors’ privacy policy which can be viewed at apeer.co.uk/privacy-policy. Apeer Doors shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation, any successor legislation or other applicable law.
