This is the web site of Apeer Doors.  Our email address is sales@apeer.co.uk

Apeer Doors is a brand name of New World Developments Ltd, which is a sister company to Ace Fixings Ltd.  New World Developments and Ace Fixings are both located on the same premises. 

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to provide information about Apeer Doors, and inform the visitor on our product ranges so they can either contact one of our approved retailers on our ‘Find a Retailer’ page, or send us their details with permission to pass on to one of our approved retailers for pricing.  Apeer Doors is a manufacturer only and does not carry out installations and as such cannot quote directly to consumers for a full installation of an Apeer doorset.  Apeer Doors supply only to trade companies who are window and door retailers.  Our approved retailers can quote for a fully installed and finished Apeer Door.

Although we pass on information we only send it to our approved dealers and no information is sold to third party companies with a view to making contact outside the remit of purchasing an Apeer composite doorset, or anyquery relating to the purchase of an Apeer door or request for more information which may lead to the purchase of an Apeer door.

What information do we collect?

We collect the following information on our Contact Us page, newsletter sign up forms or Doorbuilder online programme (once a request for a door quotation has been entered):

Name.

• Email address.

• Telephone number.

• Address including postcode.

• Product preferences and interests.

• Other information provided in the original email which will help us answer queries.

We also use Google Signals data to track cross device information and other behavioural data, if you have Ad Personalisation enabled in your Google account.

This Google information may include location, search history, YouTube history, and data from sites that partner with Google, in an aggregated and anonymized form.

This data may be used for remarketing and to ensure the accuracy of our analytics.

What we do with the information we collect?

We require this information to understand customer needs and provide a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

• Internal record keeping.

• We may use the information to improve our products and services.

• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

• We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

• We may follow up on the information provided to check you have received a satisfactory response from our approved retailers, where we have passed the information on to an approved retailer.

Visitors on Apeer website 

Our Analytics retains no information about our visitors regarding domain or email address. The only information we collect is what you voluntarily offer (i.e. your email address when you raise an enquiry via sales@apeerdoors.co.uk or during the process of submitting a request for door quotation through our Doorbuilder program)

We do not share your information with anyone other than our approved retailer network.

Cookies 

We only set third party cookies on your machine, including Google Analytics, that help us test and improve this website.

Your Privacy 

If you do not wish to receive emails from us in the future, or if you’d like to amend any information you’ve provided, or would like to have your information deleted please let us know by emailing sales@apeer.co.uk If our information practices change at any stage in the future, we will promptly post the policy changes to our website, notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt–out of these new uses.
